Information required by the installer when claiming the grant

The form requires:

– The customers’ personal details
– Evidence of an eligible electric vehicle
– A declaration by the customer that they and their property meet the requirements of the scheme
– The details of the chargepoint
– The costs of the installation
– Consent from the customer for the installer to claim on their behalf
